• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines & Rates

• Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.

• Shipping Fees: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, though free shipping may apply during special promotional events.

3. In-Store Pickup

• If you prefer picking up your shoes in person, select Local Pickup at checkout.

• We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect at our Hyderabad store location.

4. Damaged or Delayed Packages

• While we partner with reliable courier networks, unexpected transit delays can occasionally happen.

• If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it with our shipping partner
