At Gowin, we want you to step out with absolute confidence in every pair of shoes you buy. Whether you purchase top-tier athletic sneakers from Nike or Adidas, or everyday footwear from our store, we aim to make our return and exchange process as seamless as possible.

1. The 7-Day Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your items must meet a few simple conditions:

• Unworn Condition: Shoes must be in brand-new, unworn condition with no scuffs, dirt, or signs of outdoor use.

• Original Packaging: Items must be returned inside their original brand boxes (Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc.) along with all original tags, laces, and accessories intact.

• Exclusions: Items purchased during final clearance events or certain personal items like socks and flip-flops cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How It Works

• In-Store Convenience: You can skip the shipping wait and drop off your online returns or process an exchange directly at our physical retail store in Ashok Nagar, Hyderabad.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned footwear at our store or warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5 to 7 business days.
